Using PaintPilot

PaintPilot is intended for painting contractors and related businesses managing estimates, jobs, customers, schedules, invoices, and follow-ups.

Accounts and access

Free trials do not automatically create paid accounts. If product access is provided, users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity that happens under their account.

Trial and billing

The website allows painting contractors to start a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a free trial, and PaintPilot should not charge visitors unless separate paid account terms are presented and accepted.

Acceptable use

Users should not misuse the website or product, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service reliability, or use PaintPilot for unlawful activity.

Customer data

Painting contractors are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer, job, estimate, invoice, payment, and business information they enter into PaintPilot.

Availability and changes

PaintPilot is in a founding-access phase. Website content, features, pricing, support options, and product availability may change as the product develops.
